Founder
Raj Thakkar began his real estate journey in 1997 through his family business, focusing on the residential sector. Over the years, he earned a reputation as a trusted name in the Real Estate sector through his understanding of market trends and keen insight into client needs.
Driven by a belief in long-term success, Raj is committed to building strong, trust-based relationships. Beyond business, he is passionate about mentoring young talent and actively supporting social welfare initiatives, reflecting his dedication to both professional and community growth

Founder
Dhaval Thakkar entered the real estate field in 2005, specialising in the commercial and retail segment, following his family’s footsteps in the industry. He holds a Master’s degree in International Studies, which brings strategic business insight and an innovative approach to every project.
Known for his skill in handling complex real estate deals, Dhaval turns challenges into opportunities for growth. He also plays a key role in managing real estate funds for developers, strengthening the company’s financial and investment position.
He has started exploring his passion for movie production, creating thoughtful and successful stories.
